SUMMARY:power saving mode: avoiding burnout
DESCRIPTION:This workshop provides youth with strategies on identifying when one is under the effects of “burnout” and shares ways of overcoming its effects while engaging in a supportive environment. Come meet our mental health professional and supported education and employment specialist who will be facilitating this workshop.  \n\n\n\nNote: Burnout is a state of emotional\, mental and physical exhaustion brought on by repeated stress.  \n\n\n\nThis workshop takes place in person at allcove Palo Alto and online. Using audio visual tools\, we will provide a virtual opportunity for those interested in attending online.
