DESCRIPTION:Understanding mental health and wellness \n\n\n\nLed by one of our team’s mental health professionals\, this session provides you the opportunity to ask questions and learn ways of managing anxiety in a supportive environment.  \n\n\n\nLearn ways to identify what makes you anxious\, how it can overwhelm the body and ways to work through it.  \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nThis session will take place in person at allcove San José. Using audio visual tools\, we will provide a virtual opportunity for those young people interested in attending the session while physically located in allcove Palo Alto with local team members available for support. \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nPlease note:  \n\n\n\nThis session may involve the discussion of topics that could elicit strong emotions and feelings for some. We will be identifying and enumerating issues that make us feel anxious or nervous\, and this might be difficult for some. \n\n\n\nIf you feel that discussing these types of topics with a group is not for you\, please reach out to our team\, so we can support you in a private session.
