Understanding mental health and wellness
Led by one of our team’s mental health professionals, this session provides you the opportunity to ask questions and learn ways of managing anxiety in a supportive environment.
Learn ways to identify what makes you anxious, how it can overwhelm the body and ways to work through it.
This session will take place in person at allcove Palo Alto. Using audio visual tools, we will provide a virtual opportunity for those young people interested in attending the session remotely.
Please note:
This session may involve the discussion of topics that could elicit strong emotions and feelings for some. We will be identifying and enumerating issues that make us feel anxious or nervous, and this might be difficult for some.
If you feel that discussing these types of topics with a group is not for you, please reach out to our team, so we can support you in a private session.
