art therapy: design your music album

Join us for an exploratory, creative event where attendees will design their very own “music album cover” inspired by their moods, thoughts, and aspirations.
Using art supplies and craft materials, all attendees will utilize self-expression in a supportive environment through creating collages, abstract art, or something entirely new (no art skills needed!). We will think about how to use colors, symbols, or words that capture our moods, and leave the workshop with a handmade album cover.
