Together, let’s expands on the things that influence attention and focus.
Join us as we provide a more comprehensive understanding of what biological functions and which environmental aspects affect our ability to maintain concentration and explores the initial steps of what we can do to improve it.
Note: ADHD stands for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder
This session will take place in person at allcove Palo Alto. Using audio visual tools, we will provide a virtual opportunity for those young people interested in attending the session remotely. If attending online, please allow for extra time to log in.
