Understanding mental health and wellness
Led by one of our team’s mental health professionals, this session provides you the opportunity to discuss strategies of managing stress in a supportive environment.
We will discuss how to recognize aspects of our lives that cause and increase stress and identify resources for coping and reducing the effects of stressful events in our lives.
This session will take place in person at allcove Palo Alto. Using audio visual tools, we will provide a virtual opportunity for those young people interested in attending the session remotely.
This session may involve the discussion of topics that could elicit strong emotions and feelings for some. We will be identifying and enumerating issues that cause stress, and this might be difficult for some.
If you feel that discussing these types of topics with a group is not for you, please reach out to our team, so we can support you in a private session.
