mindful student workshop

Being a student brings pressures as we try to balance all the areas of our lives. Join us to learn a variety of self-care and relaxation practices that help you stay calm when faced with stressful experiences, such as test-taking, homework and social situations. It will help you create a more balanced life and “take in the good.” A “Comfort toolkit” will be provided.
