Mindfulness is a developed skill to help one’s focus and attention to be in the present (in the here and now). This workshop will introduce you to mindfulness and help you practice some of the techniques for those who are interested in learning a new way of managing stress and improving mental wellbeing.
This workshop takes place in person at allcove Palo Alto and online. Using audio visual tools, we will provide a virtual opportunity for those interested in attending online.
