Join us as we introduce you to mindfulness techniques. Learn how to put these techniques into practice, helping you find new ways of managing stress and improving your overall mental health and wellbeing.
This session will take place in person at allcove Palo Alto. Using audio visual tools, we will provide a virtual opportunity for those young people interested in attending the session remotely.
