Ask questions and learn ways of managing anxiety in a supportive environment. Let’s explore what makes you anxious, how it can overwhelm the body and ways to work through it.
This workshop takes place in person at allcove Palo Alto and online. Using audio visual tools, we will provide a virtual opportunity for those interested in attending online.
This workshop may involve the discussion of topics that could elicit strong emotions and feelings for some. We will be identifying issues that make us feel anxious or nervous, and this might be difficult for some.
If you feel that discussing these types of topics with a group is not for you, please reach out to our team, so we can support you in a private workshop.
