Come join us as we will explore the importance of setting boundaries to maintain safety and comfort in all interpersonal relationships. We will cover physical, emotional, and intimate boundaries, along with strategies to prevent peer pressure and manipulation. Participants will also learn how to communicate boundaries effectively, including how to say "no" and establish healthy personal boundaries in relationships. This event is in collaboration with CORA.
