Calling all cake lovers! Come drop by for a slice of cake to celebrate all September Birthdays. Whether or not it's actually your birthday feel free to come by for good vibes and even better cake!
Cake will be available from 1pm-6pm.
A monthly group where youth can connect, learn and grow together. Open to anyone interested, this group explores topics such as healthy communication, emotional expression, mindfulness, resilience, personal values and building meaningful connections. Participants will also gain tools for managing stress, setting boundaries and navigating complex emotions in a supportive and welcoming environment.
