This support group is an interactive, six-week support program that works to teach youth about emotional resilience and how to reduce low mood and anxious thoughts. Our group consists of six, one-hour sessions coupled with home tasks to help students practice various coping skills. This event is in collaboration with NAMI.

This group runs concurrently with club 1218 grief support group, providing the adults support as well when their young people are attending group. It is recommended but not mandatory for parent and guardians to attend.
