This is a group that meets monthly and is open to anyone who is interested in attending. This group will discuss how to build healthy communication, express emotions in a healthy way and how to manage complex emotions. Some of the themes that we discuss in group include making connections with others, mindfulness, cultivating resilience, exploring personal values and learning about intergenerational trauma. This group will also give tools to learn how to manage stress, set boundaries and skills to live happier and healthier lives! This is a support space to learn and grow together!
